The course syllabus is a contract between the student and the instructor and, thus, changes should be made to it only by agreement of both parties and should be minor. Syllabi are to be submitted by the date given by the Education Officer so approvals may be secured and the syllabi may be placed on the "NEO" prior to the first class.

The syllabus is constructed by the course organizer and is reviewed by the Division Chair, the Education Officer and the Director of Curriculum. They may suggest modifications on behalf of the Curriculum Department. Ultimately, the Training Principal will approve all syllabi.
